This is also known as the 'achievement list' or the 'victory list'
I highly suggest you create a Wins List. Some people call this an ‘accomplishment list’ as well. Take 30 minutes to reflect and write down everything that you can remember that also makes you proud. Do not worry about ranking these, instead, just keep recording these items for the entire half-hour. Consider all the major projects and goals that span your entire life (awards, promotions, salaries, weight loss, learned skills, travel, etc.).
Thought Questions
When people do this exercise, they are often surprised how many achievements they are able to write down. Once you have created an Achievements List, make this a living document that you review, at minimum, every 90 days. As you complete significant projects, goals, or dreams, add them to your ever growing catalog of success.
